I’m originally from Italy. I grew up in an open-minded family that encouraged me from a very young age to find my own purpose in life. My family supported me as I explored new things: traveling around the world and interacting with different kinds of people. Because – like me, they believed – there is nothing more important in life than finding your own path. If you understand what makes you really happy and what your strengths are, you can create the life you want, express your full potential, have meaningful relationships, and give a personal contribution to this world.

So, I got into an art school where I explored my passion for creating things with my hands or my imagination, allowing me to share my true essence with the outside world. I also discovered that cooking, walks in nature, martial arts, oriental philosophies, dancing and sports make my heart beat, sing, and soar.
My journey of self-exploration had a peak when I finished my master’s degree in cultural anthropology and traveled extensively around the globe while filming my first documentary films, writing articles, and participating in social projects. I got really inspired by all the wonderful people I encountered in all these years, from indigenous people of the Amazonian jungle to street kids in Ghana, postwar survivors in Bosnia, Tibetan monks and other spiritual leaders of the Far and Middle East, gypsies of the Indonesian sea or Nobel prize winners of the Western world. They all showed me different lifestyles, methods of self-discovery, and ways to express creativity.
I always loved to share and spread the incredible variety of wisdom and creativity. With that in mind, I tried to combine these two passions of mine – people and creativity – and became a workshop leader who developed many different educational programs for adults and kids. I created tools like cartoons, videos, role games, and art exhibitions that were able to shine awareness on concepts related to diversity, growth, connection, (self)love, and consciousness. I worked for NGOS, public educational systems, entrepreneurs, TV channels, and magazines while always advocating for my core values and beliefs.
This thirst for knowledge, learning, growing, and sharing became my passion and mission. So last year, at the age of 41, I decided to pool together all my skills, experiences, discoveries, and passions, get my life coach certificate, and create a life of service through my coaching and consulting company “Creativity Flow Coach”. My focus is to connect with creatives like me who wish to explore their full potential and, by doing so, want to improve their personal growth and creative business.
It is my heartfelt belief that investing time in yourself is the biggest gift anybody can give. It is a gift not only for yourself but also for the entire world, because it transforms you into a more fulfilled person who is more connected with self-consciousness and therefore more deeply connected with the entire universe.
